Finished "Ruffled Feathers" for the upcoming opening at the Ruby Hotel. It is a 48x48 acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas. $3,975.
Finished up a couple of new mosaiced concrete sculptures for the Entree Gallery in Priest Lake (Reeder Bay), ID "Chicky" is $300 about 15" wide by12" tall and "Blue Cat" is $375 about 20" long by 12" tall.
Finished a new mermaid named "Seafoam Fatale" (thank you Brandon for the title!) I painted her with a nautilus because I had such an amazing time diving with one in Micronesia on our last trip. This painting is 24x36 acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas for $1,475. Canvas, paper and metallic paper giclee prints will be available at the beginning of August.
Finished up a fun and rather simple mural in the car park of the Ruby Hotel on 1st and Lincoln in Spokane. Since they are in the "entertainment district" we settled on dancers as they already have lots of musician artwork. The images are painted and then embellished with mirror and iridescent red stained glass. It's amazing was a little glass can do!
